July meeting:  Frogs and Toads in the Garden, a very informative program presented by Margery Williams from the Roaring Brook Nature Center

May Meeting:  Dr. Susan Masino from Trinity College presented Nature for Mental Health-a very timely and interesting discussion.

April, 2022 Meeting:  A great meeting with Sebby from Winterberry Gardens! Beautiful plants & so much knowledge shared! 

March, 2022 Meeting:  Christine Darnell presents "Painting our landscapes with bulbs and perennials."

November, 2021-A year overdue, but we were finally able to celebrate our 60th anniverary.  It was an opportunity to look back on our achievements, to thank outgoing board members, and to welcome new board members.  Attendees enjoyed a presentation by designer, Heather Potter.  (photos below)​

October, 2021 Meeting:  (below) Kevin Wilcox, an Connecticut Accredited Nursery Professional who has worked in the nursery profession in many capacities for 30 years, displays his recommendations for the best tools for the home gardener and discusses how to maintain them.

September, 2021 Forager Russ Cohen presents "Nibbling on Natives in Your Backyard and Beyond" at our very well-attended meeting.

August, 2021: Annual Picnic and Honoring Linda Reilly, retiring Thalberg teacher who coordinated the Garden Club activities with Thalberg students.  A wonderful partnership!

​Club Members Kathy Morin and Christie Kuriger made a virtual video on making a bird nest kit.  
All the materials were natural and information was shared on how birds benefit us and what we can do to benefit birds.
